There is no minimum order when purchasing our ready-to-ship giftsets.

Personalised Giftset or Corporate Giftset

For personalised giftset based on special requirement or corporate giftset, the minimum order is 10 and above.
How long does it take to receive the giftbox once I have placed the order?

Ready-To-Ship Giftset (as shown on our website)

Ready-to-ship giftsets will be shipped within 3-5 working days to Peninsular Malaysia depending on the shipping method you select. For East Malaysia and Singapore, it will take 7-10 working days.

For express delivery or same day delivery within Klang Valley, the cut off time is 12pm to deliver on the same day.

For large orders, it might require extra turnaround time within the given duration which we will notify you.

Personalised Giftset or Corporate Giftset

Personalised giftsets or corporate giftset will take a minimum of 15 days before collection/delivery of the gift, as we would need ample time to source, curate and customize the perfect design to meet the desired outcome.

Do you do corporate gifts?

Can I customize the floral theme for the giftbox with specific color or flowers?

For personalised giftbox with specific floral theme based on special requirement, the minimum order is 10 and above.

Can I include my personalized message for the greeting card?

Yes, definitely. Each giftbox comes with personal message/greeting card. All you need to do is to leave your message for the message card (with maximum 150 characters) during the checkout process before you make the payment.

Can you include a handwritten note for the message card?

Sure thing! Just leave a remark to have handwritten message (under the remark column) during the checkout process before you make the payment.


What are the areas of coverage for the delivery?  

We do ship to nationwide including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia and Singapore.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, currently we do ship to Singapore. 

Can I self-pickup my order?

Unfortunately at the moment, we do not accept self pickup. All the giftbox will be delivered to the doorstep.

Can I place one order to multiple locations within the same order?

You can only choose one location per order. If you wish to send to multiple different locations, kindly place the order separately in multiple orders.

Can I change the delivery address after I placed my order?

You can change the delivery address within 24 hours provided that the item is not being shipped out yet. However if the item is being shipped out, unfortunately you cant change the address.

What is the shipping fee?

  • For standard shipping (3-5 days to West Malaysia) : RM20 flat rate
  • For express delivery/same day delivery via Grab/Lalamove : RM30 flat rate
  • To East Malaysia : RM35 flat rate
  • To Singapore : RM35 flat rate

Do you provide free shipping?

You can enjoy free shipping for minimum spend of RM300 per order (free shipping is applicable within Malaysia only). 

How will large orders be delivered?

Orders will be hand-delivered to a maximum of 2 locations only with free delivery above 30 orders. For every additional location a RM20 will be charged for delivery service.

Can I return or exchange the giftbox? 

All orders are final and non-refundable.  Should your item is damaged or broken, kindly contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order.

Is there a need to have the recipient present during the delivery to receive the item?

To ensure a smooth process of delivery, kindly ensure that the recipient of the gift is present at the address provided. Free delivery will only be made once. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will be notified on the status and the gift set will be sent back to us. A fee will be charged for a second attempt of delivery depending on the recipient’s location.
